Liquid connects to Claude and ChatGPT through Co-Invest, a free connector that brings your real Liquid account into the chat. You can research a market, check positions, and place trades from the conversation, and every order waits for you to press Confirm. Co-Invest also works in Grok, Meta Muse, and iMessage, and in other MCP clients such as Cursor and Codex. It cannot withdraw or transfer funds.

Behind the connector is the full Liquid account: 300+ perpetual markets across crypto, stocks, indices, commodities, FX, and pre-IPO companies, non-custodial, with crypto perps trading 24/7 and multipliers of up to 50x on eligible markets. Setup takes about five minutes. Follow the Claude and ChatGPT install guide.

Many apps let you paste a chart into ChatGPT. Far fewer give the assistant live, account-aware tools: market data, your portfolio, and an order path. Co-Invest uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the standard both Claude and ChatGPT use for connectors, so the assistant calls Liquid's tools directly instead of guessing from text.

What Co-Invest can do in a chat

  • Research: prices, funding, technical indicators, news, and positioning for listed markets.
  • Portfolio: balances, open positions, orders, and PnL from your actual account.
  • Trade proposals: a card showing symbol, direction, size, leverage, and take-profit and stop-loss levels, with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Pressing Confirm is the only way an order reaches the exchange.
  • Baskets and plans: multi-position allocations approved with one "Place all" confirmation.
  • Paper mode: say "switch to paper mode" to practice with a simulated $10,000 balance.

For an agent that monitors a strategy and acts within limits you set, Co-Invest Computer adds simulation, staged, and live modes, with caps on notional, leverage, symbols, and daily orders. Grok uses Co-Invest Computer.
